    Greyhound Racing NSW Stewards yesterday concluded inquiries into the analyst’s reports that the urine sample taken from Pure Power Play after that greyhound ran last in Race 8 at Maitland on 3 September 2009, had been analysed and found to contain 7 alpha-methyl-5 alpha-androstane-3 beta, 17 beta-diol, a metabolite of an anabolic steroid.

    Greyhound Racing NSW Stewards yesterday concluded an inquiry into analyst’s reports that the urine sample taken from Doin’ Nuffin after that greyhound won Race 9 at Maitland on 10 September 2009, had been found to contain the prohibited substance 6 Alpha-Hydroxystanozolol, a metabolite of Stanozolol. Initial evidence had been taken on 9 November 2009 and the inquiry was adjourned until yesterday.

    Stewards finalised an inquiry into Mark Roberts disobeying a direction from Starter Paul Gaiten after the running of race nine at Goulburn on the 14th November, 2009. Mr Roberts was directed by Mr Gaiten on at least two occasions to return to the catching pen and Mr Roberts failed his direction.
