Such schemes have primarily involved sales over the internet or greyhound forums.

    The Racing Appeals Tribunal has announced that it had varied a penalty imposed on trainer Mr Greg Elliott in respect of the Stewards finding under GAR 86 (3) that he failed to appear at an inquiry set down for 16 June this year. In lieu of the original disqualification of six months, the Tribunal determined that a penalty of eight weeks suspension to operate from 13 July 2010 be imposed. Mr Elliott’s appeal deposit was refunded.
