Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
The Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase goes to Richmond on Wednesday 13th September - we'll see 520m Regional Heats with a $7,000 Final the following week, with the first three across the line MDC Semi-Final bound! Also on Wednesday, at Wentworth Park, there is a 520m Wentworth Park Battlers with $4,000 Winner.
Gunnedah gets the million-dollar shine on Thursday 14th September, with 527m Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats - again with a $7,000 Final and MDC Semi-Final berths on offer.
The focus switches to The Gardens on Friday 15th September with the 515m Black Top Heats over 515m - this culminates in a $40,000 Final the following Friday - PLUS the three placegetters get passage into the MDC Semi-Finals! Also on the card, there will be 5th Grade 1-3 Win Heats with a $5,000 Final.
And you won't want to miss Wagga on Friday either, with 525m Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats to be run ($7,000 Final + 3x MDC Semi-Final Berths).
Richmond on Friday night will see 320m 5th Grade Heats leading to a $5,500 Final, and then the following morning at the Richmond Straight track (Saturday 16th September) there will be Maiden Heats leading to a $1,500 Final. At The Gardens on Saturday, there are 515m Maiden Heats ($3,000 Final).
Grafton hosts their Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats on Sunday 17th September over the 450m ($7,000 Final + 3 x MDC Semi-Final Berths) - the card will also see 450m 5th Grade 1-2 Win Heats ($5,000 Final).
On Monday 18th September, Nowra will host the Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats roll on over the 520m (again, $7,000 Final + 3 x MDC Semi-Final Berths on offer!)
And finally, at Gosford, on Tuesday 19th September we'll see them host 515m Ladbrokes Million Dollar Chase Regional Heats - leading to a $7,000 Final, and a shot at the MDC Semi-Finals!
