Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
We're all looking forward to a big night at The Gardens for Sires on Ice Black Top final night on Friday 22nd September!
But first, let's start at Richmond on Wednesday 20th September, which will feature 320m Maiden Heats leading to a $1,500 Final. Also on Wednesday at
Wentworth Park, there is a 520m Wentworth Park Battlersm worth $4,000 to the winner.
Up to Casino on Thursday 21st September there are 300m 5th Grade Heats with a $3,000 Final on offer, while south at Nowra they feature 365m 5th Grade Heats, with a $2,500 Final.
Now - to the aforementioned Black Top Final night at The Gardens on Friday 22nd September! The feature will be supported by a 515m Non-Grade (1/2/3/4th Grades), worth $7,500 to the winner, as well as the 715m Stayers Cup, also worth $7,500 to the winner.
We end the weekend at Grafton on Sunday 24th September where there are 450m 0-1 Win Heats ($,3000 Final) and 350m Masters Heats ($10,000 Final) on offer.
At Maitland on Monday 25th September, the card will have 450m 5th Grade Heats leading to a $4,500 Final, and finally at Gosford on Tuesday 26th September, there are 515m 5th Grade Bitches Only Heats leading to a $3,000 Final.
