Greyhound Racing NSW wishes to advise participants that due to the need for immediate track renovations, racing at Richmond will be paused from October 5 until October 14.
The last meeting before the work commences will be next Wednesday, October 4, with racing to resume at Richmond on Sunday October 15.
The work will see a new track profile being installed with blended Bungendore sand.
The work on the track also allows for the opportunity to update and resurface the SafeChase lure rail and complete any additional remedial work at the venue.
In Richmond’s absence GRNSW has scheduled race meetings in their vacated slots.
On October 8 there will be meeting at Broken Hill, on October 9 a meeting will be held at Wagga, and on October 11, Dubbo will host a meeting.
