Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
We begin a busy week at Richmond on Wednesday 8th November, where there are 520m 5th Grade 1-3 Win Heats with a $5,000 Final. This meeting has extra prize money for all races, and all races over 622m & 722m will carry city-class prize money.
At Gunnedah on Thursday 9th November, the meeting features 527m 5th Grade Gunnedah/Dubbo to Wenty Heats with a $4,000 Final at Wentworth Park on 17th November. Also on Thursday, at Dapto, it's time for the 600m Middle Distance Championship Heats! There's $7,200 on offer for Heat Winners and a cool $25,000 to the winner of the Final.
On Friday 10th November at Wentworth Park, we'll see 520m Maiden Heats leading to a $6,000 Final. Friday is also Ladbrokes Bidgee Cup Final night at Wagga!
At Wentworth Park on Saturday 11th November, your stayers won't want to miss out on the 720m Non-Grade Chairman’s Cup - with a prize of $10,000 to the winner! At Dubbo, also on Saturday, the meeting features 516m 5th Grade Gunnedah/Dubbo to Wenty Heats with a $4,000 Final held at Wentworth Park on 17th November.
Up to Grafton on Sunday 12 November and there are 450m 1-3 Win Heats to be run leading to a $3,000 Final a week later.
Monday 13th November rolls around and at Dubbo, we'll see 318m 5th Grade Heats ($2,500 Final), at Richmond, 320m Maiden Heats ($1,500 Final) and at Maitland there are 450m 5th Grade Heats ($4,000 Final).
We finish off at Bulli on Tuesday 14th November, and the 472m 5th Grade Bulli to Wentworth Park Heats - with the $6000 Final at headquarters on 25th November. Don't forget this meeting has extra prize money for graded races over 472m, 515m, and 590m.
