Welcome to GRNSW’s Racing Week Ahead where we update participants with our upcoming events for the following week, highlighting several of those events for which nominations close over the next seven days.
First up is Richmond on Wednesday 13th March, with a 520m Pathways worth $4,000 to the winner. There is extra prize money for all races and all races over 622m & 722m will carry city-class prize money.
At Casino on Thursday 14th March we;ll see 411m 5th Grade Heats - leading to a $3,350 Final.
Goulburn on Friday 15th March will feature 440m 5th Grade Heats ($5,000 Final), and at Wentworth Park, on Friday there are 520m 5th Grade Dogs Only Heats and 520m 5th Grade Bitches Only Heats - both with $6,000 Finals.
It's Country Classic Final night at Dubbo on Saturday 16 March! Aside from the $125,000 to the winner Final of the Ladbrokes Country Classic, there is a 605m Non Grade - worth $7,500 to the winner, plus a 318m Masters - worth $1,700 to the winner. At Wentworth Park on the same night, there is a 520m Wentworth Park Battlers - with $6,000 going to the winner.
Up to Grafton on Sunday 17th March and we'll see 450m 5th Grade Heats - leading to a $4,000 Final.
At Richmond, on Monday 18th March, the card features 320m Maiden Heats ($1,500 Final), while at Maitland there are 400m Non-Grade Heats with a $5,000 Final.
Bulli on Tuesday 19 March features 472m 0-1 Win Heats ($4,000 Final) and at Grafton, there are 350m 5th Grade Heats leading to a $2,200 Final, as well as 350m Masters Heats - with a $2,200 Final.
